Leanne started dance at a young age taking classes in Highland, Ballet, Tap & Jazz. Upon leaving school and looking to pursue a career in the industry she trained full time at Dance For All in Edinburgh, gaining a Diploma in Professional Stage Dance with a Merit.
Leanne spent a few years performing in the UK and overseas before taking a full time job to fund her teaching qualification. After achieving her Level 4 Teaching Diploma through BBOdance in London in 2013, Leanne embarked on a new venture opening the doors to the Leanne MacVeigh Dance Academy. The academy started off with just 1 ballet class in 2013 and Leanne has worked hard over the years to build it to the reputable Dance School it is today.
Leanne’s dedication and passion for dance is passed on to her students through her enthusiasm and determination for students to succeed and be the best possible versions of themselves.
